Application fee: There is no cost to submit a nomination.

Before you start

You need:

  • an email address and phone number so we can contact you;
  • the candidate's full name, email address, phone number, and current home address; 
  • a letter of support written by you; and
  • 2 to 3 supporting letters of reference.

Type of nomination

The Order of Yukon has two nomination types: regular and honorary. 

  • Regular membership is for Canadian citizens who are or were long-time residents of Yukon. 
  • Honorary membership is for individuals who do not meet the long-term residency requirement but have still made significant contributions to the territory.

History of achievements and contributions

Provide details about the candidate's achievements and contributions.

These should be:

  • relevant to this nomination; and
  • taken place during the range of dates you've provided.

Use the "Add another achievement or contribution" button to add more achievements and contributions.

The achievement or contribution may be a professional activity, project, volunteering opportunity, occupation or specific action.

This is the organization where the above achievement or contribution was made.

This is the approximate start and end date, or the timeframe, of the candidate's active participation in the activities or events leading to the achievement or contribution.

For example: September 2023 to December 2024, August 7, 2020, evening of April 8, 2024, or during the summer of 2022.
